Today's recipe is for a motherfucking delicious Pomegranate Glazed Salmon. I decided to share this recipe because it's a perfect blend of sweet and savory, and it will make you want to slap your own damn face for not trying it sooner.

Furious Rant: Cooking Utensils That Fucking Break

Let me tell you something, you know what really pisses me off? Picking up a spatula, trying to flip your goddamn salmon, and the handle snaps off like a fragile piece of shit. Cooking utensils should be built to last, not disintegrate at the slightest touch. If you can't handle the heat, get the hell out of my kitchen!

Ingredients:
  • 4 salmon fillets, skin-on because skinless is for weaklings
  • 1 cup pomegranate juice, fresh squeezed if you're not a lazy asshole
  • 2 tablespoons honey, raw and unfiltered like my unapologetic attitude
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced like the words that come out of my mouth
  • Salt and pepper, to taste because bland food is for people who hate joy
  • Fresh thyme, because dried thyme can go fuck itself
Recipe:

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F, you better not forget this step or I'll find you.

2. In a saucepan, combine the pomegranate juice, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper. Bring that shit to a boil and then simmer until it thickens like a worthy opponent.

3. Season your salmon fillets with salt, pepper, and fresh thyme. Sear those bitches skin-side down in a hot skillet until crispy, then transfer to a baking dish.

4. Pour the pomegranate glaze over the salmon like a boss and pop it in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked to perfection.

5. Serve that glorious Pomegranate Glazed Salmon with a side of roasted veggies and a middle finger to anyone who doubted your cooking skills.
